I've spent 15 years building growth systems for brands you've probably bought from. Whirlpool, KitchenAid, CVS, Reebok, Vans, Eddie Bauer, Neiman Marcus, Harley-Davidson. I've seen what works at scale, what breaks when you grow fast, and what separates the brands that compound from the ones that plateau.

The Origin Story

I started my career at the intersection of brand strategy and digital marketing, working inside agencies that served Fortune 500 companies. I was good at it. But I kept noticing the same pattern: brilliant marketing would bring customers in the door, and then the actual experience would let them down. The emails didn't match the landing pages. Support didn't know what sales had promised. The post-purchase journey was an afterthought.

That gap between what brands promise and what customers actually experience? It was costing companies millions. And nobody was focused on closing it. So I started CXPromise to do exactly that.

How I Work

I'm not an agency. I don't have layers of account managers between you and the work. When you hire CXPromise, you get me: the strategist, the builder, the operator. I pair that hands-on approach with an AI execution layer that lets me move at a pace traditional consultancies can't touch.

2021 - 2024

Bloomreach, Sr. Strategy Consultant

Led growth strategy for enterprise eCommerce clients. Designed strategic plans that drove measurable revenue growth across acquisition, retention, and customer experience optimization.

2015 - 2021

Digitas (Publicis Groupe), Sr. Strategy Director

Built and led growth programs for Whirlpool Corporation's portfolio of brands including KitchenAid, JennAir, and Maytag. Developed one of the fastest-growing digital marketing programs in the appliance industry. Managed strategy across D2C, eCommerce, CRM, and customer journey design.
